This solidly built home exudes traditional living . The large wooden floored entrance hall opens onto a lounge on either side, both of which open onto the covered patio. The kitchen boasts wooden finishes, has a breakfast area and leads into a separate dining room. For entertaining there is a sunny and protected garden with a heated 8 person Jacuzzi and a braai area. A small intimate pub in the basement with attached gym area is a unique feature. The four bedrooms are all located on the first level, all have en-suite bathrooms and are separated by a small lounge that opens onto a verandah area boasting sea and breaker views.
